LEI’s Statement of Qualification Booklet
For your convenience, LEI has prepared a downloadable version of the company’s Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) booklet. The SOQ contains general information on the company including, but not limited to, it’s current operating permits, certificates of insurance and services.
We have provided guidelines for packing waste to keep your company in compliance and meet the processing requirements of our facility. Also provided are label templates to facilitate easy and cost-effective compliance with EPA and universal waste regulations.
We have posted some federal and state regulations and also guidance documents we feel may be useful to our customers.
LEI, Inc. has provided completed Waste Material Data Sheet (WMDS) forms for commonly shipped wastestreams. Feel free to change the information to properly characterize your waste stream. According to our facility permit, we must have a waste approval for all hazardous waste and liquids. Approval codes are issued based on the information in the WMDS. If you need assistance completing a WMDS a sales representative will be glad to assist you.
